I really want to like this place and support their business but it's increasingly difficult.
The wife is walking around like a drunk zombie, even taking drinks off the customers' tables because her husband won't allow her to drink in the bar. The owner, Luis, is hard working but has quite a temper, especially with said wife. Last thing i need to see when i'm enjoying my fish n chips is him screaming at her, grabbing her by the neck to drag her outside for further screaming.
I'm sure they're under a lot of pressure at their age but come on!
Yes, family owned is good but please wash your dirty laundry at home!

To be fair, it sounds like a true British high street experience.
Fish and chips, public drunkenness and fighting.
You should give them full marks for authenticity.
F*** Brexit, f*** the 52%.
This sounds like it would make a great scene in a Robert Altman film. I've got to go check this out.
