Location : the locatiion is subway line 14 , fangzhuang stop , in the centre of the city , less than 10 mins walking from the apartment to the subway , there is an elevator in the aprtment building , 100 restaurants around this apartment ,only 2 mins walking from the apartment to the nice restaurants , this is one of the most convinient community in the centre of Beijing .
The house : large bathroom and kitchen , the bedroom is very walm .
I am a Chinese girl living in the masterroom , the picture onee is another bedroom here for rent , living short time or long time both OK
Price : 2500 RMB\month(not include utilities ) , the heating , water , wifi 、electricity will be 150-200 RMB around each month , we share the bathroom and the kitchen .
About me: I am a Chinese girl with very decent job here , clean , quiet , friendly , i got a little dog only in my room (the little dog won't appeal your sleep at all and he always in my room ) , i am very good at cooking like chinese style , Thai style , Yindia style , and western food too ,expecially bakery .
If we are roomate , i think i can offer you a meal once or twice each month , perticularly welcome English , because i have been stay in England long time before , tell me what English food you like , I often go to England every year even now .
