Weekend Live Music Roundup: Black Rabbit Music Festival, The Creators Project and ABBA for Beijing!

After a whole summer of music festivals, it's hard to believe that another one can get people excited, but the Black Rabbit is doing just that. Ads for the festival at Chaoyang Sports Center have even made it into the subway and onto TV, so it seems like they're really serious about making it a success. The impressive lineup mixes big international names that we've mentioned many times already, like Ludacris and 30 Seconds To Mars, local pop stars, and some of our favorite Chinese rock bands like P.K. 14, Omnipotent Youth Society and Carsick Cars.

China's post punk leaders, P.K. 14, are going to be busy on the weekend, with another gig in 798 Art District on Friday night for the Creators Project. This event ended up being quite cool last year, although there were some issues at the entrance that meant not everyone got in so easily. This time, you still need to RSVP on their website to get the invitation. Good luck!

And have you heard that ABBA is coming to China right before the year ends? Yeah, the old Swedish band, not just the Mamma Mia show. They'll be at the Workers' Stadium and tickets are on sale already.
