Give – Christmas Present Donation at Zarah
Christmas is the season for giving back, and Zarah currently has the opportunity for you to do just that. From now until Dec 20, Zarah is collecting Christmas presents for disadvantaged children. To take part, all you need to do is bring a wrapped gift (worth around RMB 100), clearly labelled with a child's age and gender, to Zarah between now and Dec 20. Eat – All You Can Eat Cheese Fondue at La Maison Lyonnaise
La Maison Lyonnaise's annual Wednesday All You Can Eat Cheese Fondue (RMB 188) is back once again for winter. Made with a blend of cheeses like Gruyère and Emmentaler melted together with white wine and garlic, the fondue comes served with crusty slices of baguette, fresh vegetables and other nibbles to dip in the creamy, cheesy goodness. They also have a new Thursday deal where you get a free glass of mulled wine on arrival. Party – TOXIC 12th Anniversary at Zhao Dai
Known for curating cutting-edge underground electronic events across China, TOXIC Entertainment will be celebrating their 12-year anniversary at Zhao Dai on Dec 13 from 10pm until late. For the special anniversary show, they'll have global DJ guests, including Detroit underground legend MAGDA, who will be returning to Beijing with her genre-blurring, unpredictable techno sound. Then, making their China debut, MARI.TE and LIS SARROCA join forces for a special B2B performance, blending deep underground house influences into one massive dance-floor moment.
