A+ Café, left of Caochangdi 300, is a   design-focused café reminiscent of Maan Coffee's open and airy style. The kitchen offers coffee (RMB 20-32), fresh juice (RMB 38), pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and cakes. The owner also has a clothing shop next door.

Ink studio is a contemporary art gallery based in Beijing. Over the past decades, a group of important artists have dedicated themselves to developing the immense creative possibilities in China's millennia-old artistic traditions and to exploring the significance of classical Chinese culture and philosophy for the contemporary world. Their work increasingly is attracting international critical attention.

Since its establishment in 2013, Ying Space has sought to engage contemporary artists in a context to explore new ideas, concepts, approaches, and motivations.

The ground floor Exhibition Space supports creative ideas, experiments, crossover collaborations, extreme aesthetics, performances, and even parties, whereas the first floor Project Space is mostly devoted to public events.
