New Chinese plant-based fine dining restaurant in Parkview Green complete with dainty portions and a big price tag.

This upscale, totally vegan restaurant in the Metroplaza Lido Hotel building draws inspiration from the Song Dynasty in terms of both their decor, and seasonal- and locally-derived ingredients. For now, only set-menu dining is possible, coming it around RMB 400 per head. Most of the ingredients are derived from the restaurant's own organic farm. 

WF Central's Vege Wonder not only provides the city with another option for fine dining; it is also a treat for vegetarian diners. While the glibness of the name “Vege Wonder” seems incongruous for a restaurant of this class, the decor is slick and modern, blending distinctive Asian elements like tatami-style wall panels and giving the feel of a futuristic Japanese teahouse. Befitting the atmosphere, Vege Wonder serves only set menus, starting from RMB 680 per person.

With its extensive menu and upscale decor, Blossom Vegetarian redefines their expectations of vegetarian cuisine. Blossom uses a range of creative ingredients such as 'mock meat', tofu with toon sprouts or braised chestnuts with lion's head mushrooms, to create their beautiful, and innovative dishes.

Poke U delivers the Hawaiian tradition of Poke bowls with a selection of fish or marinated tofu. The menu comprises of Seafood bowls, hot bowls, soup, appetizers, and drinks.

This elegant, semi-upscale restaurant uses creative substitutes like mushrooms and tofu in the place of meat to make a vegetarian option that is also highly appealing to carnivores. 

A noodle shop focussed solely on vegetarian takes on the Chinese staple, Vege’ology on Xiaoyun Lu serves several types of noodles (RMB 38-46) including pho, dry noodles, and noodle soups, as well as salads. All of the noodles used in the restaurant are made using whole wheat infused with wolfberry, wormwood, and herbs.

Established in October 2017, Zerogo offers Western and international food such as salads, burgers, pasta, and risotto, as well as Asian rice noodles, vegan desserts, plus beverages including juices and tea. 

Lin's is a vegetarian dining lounge tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Beijing.
