An opportunity for teens to learn about themselves, make a difference in the lives of others and realize their leadership potential.

Breathtaking scenery, outdoor elements, and a mix of PBL projects to learn skills for life.

Our enriched program features brand new choice activities, so there’s something for everyone!

First established in 2019, our Beijing camp is now going on its 6th year in operation! Located on the Reignwood Country Club property in Changping District roughly 60km from Capital Airport, this location is simply the best option in Beijing for comfortable camping with rustic elements!

Our property boasts sports pitches, a massive indoor gym with a climbing wall, a laser tag course, horse riding fields, golf ranges, an indoor swimming pool and much more.

The community is truly what makes camp, and we assure you our community of staff and campers is the place for your child to feel comfortable and grow.

Teen camp is the place for older campers to thrive. While offering teens both structure and a set of boundaries, we respect students at this age requiring enough freedom and flexibility to explore their new interests and the people around them.

We believe that teenagers at this stage are looking for summer experiences that will challenge them, provide them with a sense of ownership, and an opportunity to make incredible connections. Each experience at Teen Camp is designed to help develop leadership, growth and great memories, all while working towards a shared goal. With this goal in mind, we have elevated each aspect of our program. Did we mention camp is also, fun?

For morning activities we have selected some of our Camp favourites but with elevated content; for example, teens can work on the more difficult sides of the climbing tower, or make more complicated recipes in culinary class.  Not only do they have more challenging versions of activities, but they also have teen campexclusive activities to give them a stronger sense of independence.

Our Teen camp electives are brand-new PBL based programs designed to help your teens excel in a variety of avenues including Business, Arts, Leadership, Sports, and Fitness.

Fun times at games night or evening free choice activities to avoid being bogged down with the younger campers. Every aspect of our unique program is to enhance the camp experience by giving our teens the safe space and freedom to make their own choices. Teens also have the choice (voted as a cabin unit) to attend an overnight camp out on site.

At Death Cafe, people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea, and discuss death. Our objective is to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives.

️ Date: April 5, 2024
Time: 3:00 PM
Location: Near Longfu Temple Street(隆福寺街)
Fee: 44RMB (Drinks included)
Participants: 5-8 people
Language: English

What Death Cafe IS:

With no intention of leading participants to any conclusion, product or course ofaction.

As an open, respectful and confidential space where people can express theirviews safely.

On a not for profit basis.

Alongside refreshing drinks and nourishing food and dessert.

What Death Cafe is NOT:

Death Cafe is not a bereavement support or grief counselling setting.

Death Cafe doesn't work for people who, for whatever reason, aren't able to discuss death comfortably and openly. There are many projects better set up for this.

Death Cafes aren't an opportunity to give people information about death and dying - regardless of how good or important it is. Rather we create time to discussdeath without expectations.

Death Cafe doesn't work as a method of community engagement, research or consultation. lt shouldn't be used for these purposes.

The teenage years are often thought of as tumultuous and filled with angst. This is not necessarily the case, especially when parents and teens are well informed about the biological and hormonal changes that take place at puberty, and good communication is established.

Beijing United Family Hospital has created a special event for both parents and teens to help educate, support, and provide a safe environment to answer questions. This event is for parents and young people ages 12 to 15.

We have a fantastic lineup of speakers and facilitators for you and your child.

Dr. Freya Li

“How to Navigate Adolescence?”

Dr. Li. will facilitate this empowering session for teens. As a family medicine doctor with over 7 years of clinical experience, Dr. Li specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of both chronic diseases and acute illness. She also promotes a healthy lifestyle and preventive medicine.

Dr. Jean Chin

“Where Did my Sweet Child Go?”

Throughout her 30-year career, Dr. Chin has worked in a variety of clinical settings around the world. She has experience managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in children and adults. She has a special interest in women’s health, preventive medicine and chronic disease management. This session is for parents.

Lily Zhou

Ms. Lily Zhou will organize this activity for teens. She works with children, adolescents and young adults to improve their learning skills and personal development; Ms. Zhou also treats and diagnoses various conditions such as anxiety, depression, and works with clients on behavior management, interpersonal relationships and more.
