dMH
dMH is the performing name for Richard Doran who previously lived in Beijing from 1998 to 2014. Richard has since been returning to Beijing several times a year for work which has the extra benefit of being able to record and perform in China.
The music of dMH can be described as a, ‘simplistic minimalism electronic and field recording project’. In order to keep each recording and performance fresh, Richard’s set up alternates but with the key components being ipad, cheap acoustic mics, tape recorder and a variety of kitchen utensils.
With nods to the music of Eno, David Lynch, Glen Branca and even Wolf Eyes, dMH attempts through each performance to create an, ‘other worldly atmospheric ambient experience’.

dMH 是来自爱尔兰的董默涵的艺名。董默涵是1998年来到了中国东北2001年毕业于北京语言大学。2014年搬回老家但每年由于工作需要，有着几次出差到中国演出的机会。
dMH 可以理解为‘简约电子乐。其中还添加了即兴，氛围，迷幻以及环绕自然声音为主要音色。虽然每一次录音或者演出所用到的乐器不同，董默涵基本上会使用iPad，卡带机，外接拾音器，以及一些在家里常见的小玩意儿来弄出各种各样稀奇古怪的声音。
深受Eno, David Lynch, Glen Branca以及 Wolf Eyes的影响，dMH希望通过一场演出带你飞往另一个星球的感受。

杨文亮 Wen Liang.
Born in Jilin, North-East of China, he is a young composer, music producer and music editor, engaged in film and television music production and editing. His personal style is built upon the concept of free exploration. His works got approval by Zhang Yadong, Chen Weilun and other well-known music producers. In 2012, he arranged the winning track "Olive Tree" for the winner of Rock The Web, the female singer Xuan Ling Mu. He has long-standing collaborations with the well known S.A.G Sound Art Group, Chen Weilun, Cui Jian and Na Ying.

Bokkeh (pronounced “bo-kei”) is a music project based in the neo-capitalist urban sprawl of Beijing, China. Designed as a platform for audio-visual collaboration, the project functions as both a personal and multi-medium project. Loops and field recordings form the foundation of tracks, ideas which have been extracted from ambient, psychedelic, new age and drone.

If you came to TsenJen's last show here at Yichang, you may recall the unique stage lighting and arrangement, and his original fusion of electronic music and sax blowing. This time he is going to attempt at a more convincing delivery of the current fanatic electronic scene with such sub-genres like dubstep, trap, future bass, etc., while belching that unbridled and scorching human passion through the saxophone.

Krassimira Jordan, Piano
Krassimira Jordan is Artist-in-Residence and Professor of Piano at Baylor University. Prior to coming to Baylor she taught at the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts. Professor Jordan studied piano at the Sofia Conservatory, Moscow Conservatory, and the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts. As a concert pianist she was the winner of Alfred Casella, Clara Haskil, Alessandro Casagrande, and Rio de Janeiro International Piano Competitions. She has performed at significant venues in Russia, Hungary, Poland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, and the United States. She made her Carnegie Hall debut in 1989. She has made a series of recordings entitled Famous Pianoworks by Franz Liszt. Krassimira Jordan's compact disc releases, Slavic Masterworks for Piano and The Legacy of Pantcho Vladigerov, are both available on the Albany Records label. Her most recent CD, which includes Franz Liszt's Sonata in B Minor, is available online (www.cdbaby.com/cd/krassimira). Her former students hold prestigious teaching positions in the USA, Canada, China, Japan, Korea, Switzerland, Austria, Romania, and Germany. Krassimira Jordan is a Steinway Artist.
Wei Xie, Piano
Wei Xie, pianist, is a native of Shanghai, China. She completed her Performance Diploma at Boston University while pursuing her Doctor of Musical Arts in Collaborative Piano, where she studied with Shiela Kibbe and Maria Clodes-Jaguaribe. Starting piano at the age of 4, she studied with Zheng Liu and Cheng Song Shang from the China Central Conservatory of Music. She received her Bachelor and Masters of Music degrees in piano performance at Baylor University, Texas, under the direction of Artist-in-Residence Krassimira Jordan, who was a pupil of Stanislav Neuhaus and Emil Gilels.
Wei Xie has also studied and performed at Bösendorfer International Piano Academy in Vienna, Austria and the Beverly Hills International Chamber Music Festival & Master Classes in US. She has performed Chamber music, Duo Sonata, Concerto and Lecture recitals at Shen Yang Conservatory, China Conservatory and Boston University. She and Meng-Heng Chen, Asia's first recipient of Doctor of Musical Arts in Recorder, held grand tours at Hsinchu county performance hall, Tainan tree valley concert hall, and the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Hsinchu County Government Recital Hall in Taiwan. Together, they played concerts and master classes at the German Embassy School, Dulwich College Beijing, and the La Plantation Theater in Beijing and created the Pure Resonance duet, and released the Dialogue between Recorder and piano CD. In 2017, she taught at the Tyrolean International Piano Academy in collaboration with the Mozarteum and the State Conservatory in Innsbruck, Austria.

ARTIS Guitar Duo
The young and sympathetic ARTIS Guitar Duo is about to gain a firm place in the international concert world. Their lively, emotional style of playing and blind understanding on stage create an intense, intimate atmosphere and turn a concert into a unique experience.
Several first and second prizes at international chamber music competitions in Italy, Spain, Liechtenstein and Germany as well as many audience awards confirm the outstanding quality of the duo.
True to the motto "the guitar is an orchestra" the two musicians cover the whole color range of their instruments and play completely by heart. The result is a communication and liveliness on stage as it is rarely found.
Invitations to numerous international music festivals and further concert tours took the duo to Italy, Lithuania and Poland. Invited by the Goethe-Institute, they already concerted as cultural ambassadors in Brazil and Andalusia.
Julia and Christian Zielinski, both born in 1987, are scholarship holders of the highly skilled foundations ING DiBa and the DAAD. Furthermore, they regularly performed in charitable organizations for the Yehudi Menuhin Society "Live Music Now".
They successfully graduated with distinction from the universities in Stuttgart (teachers: Prof. Johannes Monno and Kaltchev Guitar Duo), Frankfurt (Prof. Michael Teuchert) and with Prof. Olaf van Gonnissen in Hamburg, where they took a concert exam, the highest postgraduate degree in Germany.
They recorded their first CD in 2007 with premiere recordings of Beethoven and Pujol. In 2013 their second CD "Portrait" was released by karlklang and received great critical acclaim from the trade press. In 2016 they both released a Solo-CD: "Versus" and "Solo" to emphasize their individuality.

Hegjiltu
Hangai co-founder and band leader of Ajinai, hailing from Inner Mongolia's ZaLute prairie, Hugejiletu is one of China's most well-known representatives of Mongolian music traditions. Deeply influenced by his father, a highly-respected musician, he initially learned a traditional storytelling form of playing music, before picking up the horse-head fiddle and started learning throat singing. In 2005, Hugejiletu co-founded the influential Mongolian-folk-rockband Hanggai, performing and composing with the group until 2009 where he started his own project Ajinai. Apart from being a part of Ajinai, Hugjiltu also performs and tours with avant-folk group Dawanggang, whilst also garnering an impressive reputation as a solo artist.
Parker Trevathan
Multi-instrumentalist originally from Texas. He has been a member of the Beijing music community for years, playing drums and mandolin with a variety of groups, including Sourpuss, Beijing Dead, Randy Abel Stable, and the Honky Tonk Angels. He has performed at venues and festivals around China and the U.S.
