Born in the late 90’s China, Living and studying in Hongkong and London, Singer/Songwriter Diner Liu is a cross culture kid.

Diner released her Debut E.P. ‘INEVITABLE’ on July 20th, 2021, via Modern Sky. The EP was written and produced the previous year in London. Diner wrote all the songs and sang and played Guzheng (a traditional Chinese instrument).

Influenced by Roy Orbison, Patrick Cowley and Dou Wei, Diner staked out a mixed ground between rock, electronic music and traditional Chinese music. While powered by simple motifs, her music unpredictably blossoms into rich, dynamic panoramas.

She also continues to improve her skills by taking part in master classes given by leading professors of the P. Tchaikovsky State Conservatory (Moscow), The Gnesin Russian Academy of Music (Moscow), The Royal Conservatory of Music in Stockholm (Sweden) and the G. Verdi Conservatory of Music in Milan (Italy).

Named after the main character in a Lu Xun novel, the Ah-Q Jazz Arkestra has stubbornly found its own niche in the Beijing jazz scene for more than a decade, bringing together an eclectic mix of musicians, styles, and original jazz compositions.

Playful, creative, adventurous, the Ah-Q Jazz Arkestra uses the rich language of jazz to explore the rhythms, melodies, harmonies and emotions of our world.

Christine Xu, Jazz Vocalist Studied in NewYorkCity，learned Classic piano since childhood. During the days in USA，she studied under Jazz musician Chareneè Wade (the first runner up in the vocal contest of Thelonious Monk in 2010).

In the summer of 2015, she participated in the jazz vocal Workshop of jazz singer and composer Annie Chen. After graduating from Zhejiang Conservatory of Music, she studied in Germany, and lived in Berlin, where she studied under artistic director Claar ter Horst of the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin and artistic director professor Alexander Schmalcz of the Conducting Department of the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy Leipzig.

In August 2019, she went to the Aaron Copland School of Music, Queens College,CUNY to study for the Master's degree in Jazz Vocal Performance.She studied under Charenee Wade ,David Berkman, Jeb Patton, Dennis Mackrel, Antonio Hart, Grammy Award winning professor Michael Mossman and others to learn singing, improvisation, jazz theory, composition, arrangement, etc.

She is currently active in many major domestic jazz venues, including Blue Note Beijing, JALC Lincoln Jazz Shanghai Center,Shanghai Jz Club, Hangzhou Huanglou Jazz Club, Shenzhen Meeting Jazz, etc.

Composer, arranger and jazz pianist. He completed his studies in the Academy of Music in Gdańsk, where he received his master’s degree as a jazz composer and jazz pianist. He also studied for a year in the Institut of Jazz in Katowice.

He has composed almost one hundred compositions (contemporary music, film and theatre music, chamber and symphonic music as well as pop songs and many more). He was awarded in several international and national music competitions such as: the International Krzysztof Komeda Composition Competition, Big Sky Jazz Festival, RCK Pro Jazz Festival, School & Jazz Festival and more.

Apart from being the leader in Confusion Project, with which he recorded 3 albums and played over 100 concerts, Michał performs in many other bands, such as: Ad Shave, Alicja Serowik Quartet, Visegrad Quintet, Tribute To Turnau, Gaba Janusz Quintet. He also performs with his solo project “Between Black & White”

As a pianist Michał toured all around Poland as well as Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Nederlands, Russia, China and Kazakhstan.

Italian drummer, composer and teacher, born in Solofra (AV), currently based in Bonn (Germany). He is one of the most interesting and original drummers of the European jazz scene, always supportive and focused on new trends in jazz and music in general. His style results from a long personal research and ranges from rock, blues, jazz to avant-garde. His proficiency in many different musical contexts and settings, and his skills of versatility and creativity have earned him enthusiastic praise in Europe, China and Africa.

In an interview on the Italian magazine “Batteria & Percussioni” of December 2010, about him it is said: “Antonio Fusco attests how versatility and personality are not in contrast. Singer Shi Muchen, born in November 1998; studied piano at the age of 5. During elementary school, he studied in the Youth Choir of the famous conductor Yang Hongnian for 5 years. During this period, he and the troupe participated in the Great Hall of the People, Zhongshan Concert Hall, Shanghai Concert Hall, etc. performances in multiple places. At the age of 13, he began to try to compose music, and he has composed hundreds of songs.

In 2013, he studied in the Department of Vocal Music and Bel Canto of the High School Affiliated to China Conservatory of Music. During the school, he represented the school and participated in the second place in the popular group of the Peacock Cup competition. He is currently studying at the Department of Vocal Performance at the Musicians Institute in the United States.

In May 2017, the experimental track "Again" with Austrian DJ Umpire was recorded by Circus Records, a British electronic record company founded by Flux Pavilion and Doctor P. In the same year, he produced the song "Maybe" for singer Huang Xiaoyun, and was used as an episode in the 2018 domestic cinema film "Please Give Me Your Life"; in March 2019, he released his personal single "Rainbow"; in April 2020, he was accepted by Central Drama The college invited the manuscript to compose the music and produced the anti-epidemic song "Light" sung by Chinese opera student Yang Tianrui and published on the official website of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; in July, he produced the ending song for the feminist-themed Japanese art history short film "Bun", which was invested and filmed by the Japanese consulate.
