Susan Wong, a jazz singer and a documentary filmmaker. Music is her soul food. She learns keyboard and guitar herself and has been practicing singing for years. Inspired by jazz legends such as Ella Fitzgerald, Anita O’Day, and Chet Baker, she explored varied voices and built herself a catching singing style. With great linguistic talent, she sings in Chinese, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Cantonese, and other languages. She is active in Beijing's major jazz venues, such as Blue Note, Tango by Ala House, The Bricks, Tokyo Lounge, etc.; she has participated in Boucheron VIP dinners, Bentley new car launches, Festa Della Musica in Italian Embassy, and other music events. Her life experience and values highly agree with what jazz is, that is to pursue freedom up to the hilt yet within certain proper rules, to enjoy the pleasure of having creativity that only owns by humans.

Milonga is the social event where Argentina tango is danced. Tango by Ala House hosts the milonga "Los Vinos" every Sunday afternoon. 


The music played is mainly tango, vals and milonga. Usually, 3-4 songs of a kind are played in a row (called tanda) followed by a short musical break (called cortina) to clear the dance floor and facilitate partner changes.

Italian classical and Jazz pianist, composer, arranger. In his early age he studied accordion and piano with world's well known musicians such as Ms. Christine Meyr. He played music with world famous musicians, such as Lee Konitz, Rufus Reid, Mark Murphy, Bob Mover, Anthony Hart, to name a few and he wrote arrangements and compose for the famous Chinese musicians such as Langlang, Cuijian, A-mei to name a few. He has been living in Beijing teaching Jazz and classical piano since the 1998. In 2013 He participated in recording the album "Wanderlust" for the Philippine singer Tria Bascon as an arranger and performer and won three big prizes and 6 nominations at AWIT Grammy Awards.In the 2015 He won the Best Original Score at "Hamilton Behind the Camera Awards" by the music he created with musician Liu Yuan for the movie《The Blue Bone》 directed by Chinese rock star and movie director Cuijian.

Kyle was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and grew up in Bloomington. He currently lives between Verona, Italy and Beijing, China, teaching and performing Jazz all over the world. He studied music performance and education at Berklee College of Music, Indiana University, and the University of Northern Colorado, completing his doctorate in 1995. In 1991 he received the prestigious Fulbright Grant for a year of pedagogical research in Hungary, exploring new methods of teaching improvisation.
