Kehan Zhang
is a concert violinist, soloist and chamber musician. He graduated from the soloist class of the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen, where he studied with Professor Serguei Azizian. In 2017, he gave his debut concert inthe Radiohus in Copenhagen, and in 2018, a recital at Carnegie Hall in New York City. He has attended masterclasses with Pinchas Zukerman, Ani Kavafian, Pierre Amoyal, Boris Kushnir, Gerhard Schulz, Nikolaj Znaider, Milan Vitek and Noah Bendix-Balgley.
Kehan began studying the violin at the age of 4. In 2008, he achieved the highest grades in the entrance audition of the Beijing Central Conservatory of Music. While still a student, he won the National Violin Competition and the Chinese National Scholarship.
