Theresa 桃子老师 is back to Beijing and we are gathering at our Taozi studio home to celebrate it with a Saturday yoga class! You don't want to miss it, please book your spot early and see you on the mat!

We will screen 2 games on Saturday and one on Sunday, as shown in the poster.

The Superbowl is just a week away, and yes, The Local will be airing it!

Doors will open at 7:00am, on Monday, February 13th. Kickoff will be at 7:30am.

Tickets are just 150 rmb at the door, and include a breakfast, a glass of Asahi draft (or two glasses of orange juice) and free-flow coffee. Tickets are limited are first-come, first-served only! We will not be taking reservations.

Breakfast options include a breakfast wrap and an American breakfast plate. Both will include vegetarian choices. Please note that unfortunately, we will not have vegan options available!

Register now for ClubFootball’s Winter weekend programmes!

Weekend sessions run indoors at 798 and Houshayu, and outdoors for older players at Dongfeng International Sports Park from early February. Courses run for 4 weeks with Spring outdoor courses to follow from early March. 798 and Dongfeng sessions run from 4/5th through to 24/25th Feb, and Houshayu sessions run one weel later from 11th Feb to 4th March.

To keep kids engaged and courses fresh and interesting, February sessions will follow ClubFootball’s popular camp-style ‘World Football’ theme, with each day focusing on a World Football-related theme and one of the world’s footballing superpowers! Players not only study the trademark skills and techniques made famous by the country in focus, but also learn a little about the footballing culture and legendary teams and players the country has produced!

As with all ClubFootball programmes, all sessions are coached by ClubFootball’s qualified coaches from UK & Europe.

798 & Dongfeng: Sessions run on February 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th for Saturday programmes, and 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th for Sundays.

Houshayu: Sessions run on Saturdays February 11th, 18th and 25th and 4th March.

Each day has a special ‘World Football’-related theme, and we kick off with newly-crowned World Champions Argentina! On Argentina Day, we focus on attacking flair and 1v1’s, with the skills of Lionel Messi leading the way! ‘Coach’s Challenges’ and keep it interesting for the youngsters, as they learn a little about the country’s football culture and stars as well as their trademark skills.

The day’s theme is ‘Introduced’ through a fun warm-up and technical activity where kids learn the theme's fundamental skills and techniques unopposed. Players then ‘Explore’ the theme in more detail in semi-opposed practices and learn to use the skills under pressure. In the last part of the session, players use their acquired skills to ‘Express’ themselves in a competitive environment with small-sided matchplay.

Over the month, the curriculum progresses players from the individual skills required to win your 1v1 duels through to working with team-mates in small-sided 4v4 matches! Each session, players are encouraged to work together to achieve common objectives through a range of fun and creative games and holiday activities that make kids think on their feet, as per the club’s coaching philosophy (details below).
