Festive Fitness Fun at Trainyard

There’s no need to let fitness classes fall by the wayside just because the holiday season is here. And with so many fun things going on at Trainyard, you won’t want to! Starting on Christmas Eve, our weekend of Christmas classes will have you feeling fit and festive.
Better yet, all the classes are included in your Trainyard membership!
24 December: Christmas Eve Pop Dance Party
Sweat it out and put a great big smile on your face with this high-energy dance class taught by Pop Idea Fitness CEO Li Qian, who has worked with Nike, CCTV5, and more. You’ll have the chance to connect with your fellow Trainyard members (plus stay fuelled up to learn the fun dance routine) over sharing snacks, including yogurt from our partner brand Oarmilk

Animal Flow
Animal Flow is an innovative body weight workout created by professional coaching organisation Movement Origins. The workout combines different four-legged and floor-based moves that challenge the muscles from multiple aspects. No matter what your fitness goals are, Animal Flow can help you improve your mobility, endurance, and strength.
Pilates reformer
With its spring-loaded sliding mechanisms and different levels of resistance, the reformer will help you push your pilates practice to the next level, helping you to improve balance and coordination, strengthen deep core muscles, and improve neck and spine posture.
Rowing camp with Wayne
Cardio endurance is the foundation of almost every sport. While some forms of cardio can be tough on the knees, rowing is lower resistance and can help strengthen the muscles surrounding the joints. Led by Coach Wayne, this camp will push your endurance and train all your major muscle groups including legs, arms, back, and core
