We are the FLTRP Children's Graded Reading Center, committed to making English learning fun and engaging for children aged 4–12. Our mission is to help students build confidence and develop a genuine love for language communication in a warm, encouraging, and playful environment.
We are now looking for enthusiastic native English speakers to join our team. Teachers will lead interactive lessons that inspire curiosity and encourage children to speak English actively. Weekly activities include lively themed speaking clubs, wonderful story circles, interesting games, as well as indoor and outdoor explorations. All activities are designed to help children communicate and enjoy themselves in English.

Jijiamiao, Fengtai District, Beijing
Subway Line 10, Jijiamiao Station Exit D ( Very convenient to the Line 10 Park Office Building)
Job Requirements
Native English speaker (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, NZ preferred)
Bachelor's degree or above (current university student or recent graduate)
Major in Chinese, Education, Linguistics, Drama, Performing Arts, Child Psychology, or related fields is a plus. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred.
Experience teaching kids (ages 4–12) is a big plus!
Patient, responsible, easy-going, and genuinely enjoys working with children
Good communication and teamwork skills
