Me has stayed at this apt for more than 10yrs which is cozy (3brs,1lr,1br,1k) n convenient to live at, but now me and other flatmate are seeking for a outgoing, gay-friendly, life-styled, natty gentleman or lady to share the place.
The room#2 u gonna stay is around 13m² n the rental 2700rmb/M paid quarterly.
Ur moving in date starts from April.
The apt is on a high floor with an amazing view. Metro Panjiayuan (line10)station is downstairs within 5mins walking.
U can easily find some markets, banks, restos nearby.
