Me has stayed at this apt for over 10yrs which is a cozy flat (3brs,1lr,1br,1k) n convenient location to live, but now me and other flatmate are seeking for a outgoing, gay-friendly, life-styled, natty gentleman or lady to share the place.
The room#2 u gonna stay is around 13m² n the rental 2900rmb/m paid quarterly.
Our contract goes as 1year n moving in date starts from April.
The apt is on a high floor with an amazing view. Metro Panjiayuan (line10)station is downstairs.
U can easily find some markets, banks, restos within 10mins walking.
