A refreshingly low key cocktail bar with subtly creative drinks. Headed up by Zhang “Mark” Wei, of the recently bricked up Scarlet A fame, this new venture features winning cocktails like the RMB 90 Basic Bish (made with pumpkin puree, maple syrup, lemon and seltzer along with its generous splash of rum). The fittingly titled Winter Sour, meanwhile, is comprised of heartier rye, allspice liqueur, lemon and a sweeter than average Demerara syrup.
