No one does cut outs like David Gerstein. The Israeli artist has been working in the medium since 1987, showing from Seoul from San Francisco. His art maintains a tension between high art and low popular culture, constantly exploring new languages of art. Layers is his first large scale exhibition in a Chinese museum.
