Meditation for letting go 放手的冥想

The manipura (solar plexus) chakra serves as the seat from which we act, and too often it becomes plugged with the fears and preoccupations which build up inside us over time. By pausing to recognize what baggage we carry, and then intentionally asking that baggage to depart, we create space which we can then use to be more aware, a place from which we can better serve ourself, others, and the world.
