Chi Fan Summer Charity Dinner
Saturday, August 27 Element Fresh and Flamme chef Jeff Powell served up free-flow Mexican-style tapas at The Hutong and Chi Fan for Charity's final summer charity dinner. All donations benefited their chosen charity The Dandelion School.
