Rajasthan Festival at Tadka
Friday, February 17 The Marriott Northeast's Tadka restaurant kicked off their Rajasthan Festival with ethnic costumes, dances and plenty of curry. The food festival that ran from Feb 17-29 featured an array of regional Rajasthan dishes from red curries to vegetarian fare presented by Master Chef Sunil Gangwal from Jaipur, India.
