Quiet house in super central location, with a big yard, one cosy living room, one dining/reading room, two main bedroom (one to be taken), one kitchen and one bathroom.
Unlike many hutong house, our house is very bright with very big windows, adequate heating and tall trees all around. We have big barbecue and outdoor furniture in the yard, perfect to held a barbecue party or just have a cup of coffee and chill when the weather allows. Lots of plants, we usually grow some fruits/veggies/flowers (this year we had strawberries, watermelon, chili pepper, lavender, gardenia...), if you like gardening as well, let's pick what to grow for next spring together.
In the living room, we have video projector, Nintendo switch and big couch where you can spent all Sunday afternoon/movie night. Kitchen has lots of appliances which would be perfect if you like to cook, and also a small bar counter to have breakfast and afternoon tea. Bathroom has walk-in shower and new sink cabinet with a fancy electronic mirror.
The extra room next to the kitchen is a dining/reading room (we ordered some furniture online and there are still on the way), so extra space for guests or for your personal time :).

Your bedroom is spacious and very bright, and you will only hear the sound of birds and wind blowing leaves every morning because the neighborhood is very quite. Currently the room is empty, you can move in with your own furniture, or if you don’t have any we are willing to add brand new bed and desk for you.

Main subway (line 8) is 5min walk away and the line 2 is 8-10min away. Taxi and Didi are easy to find even during the morning rush hour. Restaurants and bars all in walking distance, you also have a lot of options for take away (plenty of delicious ones around).
Neighbors are very nice, always have smiley faces when we meet. You might got some sweet home planted grapes from them.

About your roommates : we are a couple, usually pretty busy with work and quiet whenever at home. Like to keep the house tidy. None smoker (even tho we don’t mind if you smoke as long as you keep it outdoor). One is very good and creative at cooking (can make very nice meals and apple/raspberry pie) so don’t worry about not being able to eat delicious food. And we will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

V7 Coffee

V7 is pretty much everything you’ve come to expect from a modern coffee shop – sleek and minimal design, single-origin pour-overs from the likes of Yunnan and Kenya (RMB 58-68), as well as coconut or oat milk lattes (RMB 38-48) and the ubiquitous americano (RMB 28) and dirty (RMB 38). They’ve also got a range of colorful desserts at RMB 48 each. Simply put, V7 is a coffee shop geared towards coffee aficionados.

Gallery

Gallery is a swanky cocktail, whisky, and wine joint opened by Lao “Lincoln” Hu, the brains behind another purveyor of upscale tipples, Andingmen’s DaliDali. Much like their flagship location, the walls are decked out with the Spanish surrealist’s iconic paintings, and the space features dark wood furniture, leather-clad booths, and moody lighting straight out of a noir film. What's more, Gallery is decidedly much larger and features a sizable lounge set off the main bar area.
