Hey ! Coach Chris here and with a concerning statistic: 4 out of 5 adults that I talk to think that weight loss should be painful and super restrictive

"Eliminate this food group".. "drink this detox juice"..."stop going on date nights."... "run 5k every morning before breakfast..."

They have done at least one of those, or all together, at least once..
