This has become my favorite place to grab a cocktail in Beijing. All the drinks are made precisely and impeccably, and are crafted with minute detail. Home-made bitters, ice that amazes me still, and a blend of nothing but quality ingredients. All drinks I've tried have been amazing, even the ones that wouldn't be my usual cup of tea, or whiskey.
The food that I've tried occasionally lives up to the same standard that I know from the drinks. The sweet potato fries are perfectly fried and seasoned (this is the only place i've liked sweet potato fries). The garlic bread is tasty. And a sampler platter with an unpronounceable creole name has the best bacon, and several other delicious hot and cold meats.
