I'm a Chinese American on a work related trip to Beijing. I need a clean and quiet room for May. I prefer a location that's not out in the middle of nowhere, and ideally the place is well kept. （No cracked paint, peeling wallpapers, squeaky tiles, etc)

And definitely no smoking.

I never cook. Most of the time I will be in my room studying or working. But if need some help in English, software engineering, or applying to US schools in general, I can help you.

The price is negotiable.

I often comes to China so if you got a good place I might become a repeat customer.

I'm a nice, friendly, clean and neat young Chinese girl. I am looking for a nice roommate to share my large apartment with starting May 14. 2024（Time is very flexible）. You can rent for a short time or long time , I’m very flexible!

The apartment is on the sunny 5th floor of a building in xingfu2cun (off of Xindong Lu) Next to the Bentley 4s shop；the golden mile;
There are so many nice Restaurants and Bars, Jenny Lou’s, April Gourmet, Super Markets, Sanlitun Village, Embassy Areas, etc. It’s very convenient to go anywhere, Dongzhimen subway and the airport express train or Dongsishitiao subway stations are all nearby. Nongyezhanlanguan subway station is close. The bus station is right outside the apartment building.

The apartment is of superiority quality :
It’s very quiet and safe area.
1. My apt is 110 sqm, Large space.
3. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (you don’t need to share a bathroom, shower, ever!).
4. 1 big living-room with a comfortable sofa .
5. 1 good sized kitchen (I have anything for cooking).
6. 2 yangtai's (verandas).
7. Very fast WIFI (500MB), 24 hr hot water, central heating, air conditioners in each room, washing machine, TV, Fridge, etc.

The available room is:
1. 22 sqm
2. Double Bed with comfortable a mattress .
3. There’s a desk and chair, and a full-wall wardrobe(plenty of room for everything)
4. Facing south over a quiet neighborhood , the room is bright and sunny all year-round.
5. The entire apartment remains warm and toasty during the winter.

Available: The room is available from May 14.2024（Time is very flexible）

Rental price:
1year Rent: 4900 RMB per month
6 months Rent: 5300 RMB per month
3 month Rent: 5600 RMB Per month

You: I am indifferent to whether you are Chinese or foreign, male or female, though English speakers are preferred. I can speak English and teach you Chinese if you want.
You must be self-disciplined, trustworthy, easy-going, clean -- basically a good roommate!
