Looking for Business Partnership
We are looking for a business partner who is passionate about innovation with global strategy to develop and expand our business in different markets.

Responsibilities:
--Lead new business development, to execute company’s strategy, drive sales growth in different markets, and ensure profitability and sustainability of new business.
--Build sales team and solution that capabilities to ensure deliver turn-key projects and solutions to customers, including design, sustainable innovation, production, delivery & logistics, on-site installation & construction, and after-sales service.
--Manage product portfolio, ensure standardization and modularization of products to support operational excellence.
--Ensure continuous enhancement of operational excellence level through executing and improving the operating model. Core components include, production system, demand management & delivery performance, quality, data management and ERP, business and operational processes.

Qualifications:
--10+years’experience in C-level or Managing Director role at project-based production organization, put customer needs in focus and develop solutions to them
--Be capable of building and executing business strategy to achieve our goal.
--Ability to budget, quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, employee training, drive revenue growth and sustainable profitability in different region
--Proven initiative taker with emphasis on constant learning and adaptation to drive business forward in a changing global marketplace.
--Demonstrated lean approach to build continuous improvement culture and data driven decision making.
--Prefer experience in international projects experiences.
--Fluent English is a must, fluent Mandarin is preferred.
--Team player, traveling required
