A less than 100 square meters beeer bar in Wangjing, it has 6 imported beers on tap and more than 30 beers in the fridge. They also provide German sausages, cheese burger and fish & chips.

Located north of Shangezhuang subway station, Red1Karting is a pretty swanky affair, featuring karts manufactured by French company Sodikart.

Red1Karting offers three birthday packages: RMB 2,300 for 5-7 people, RMB 4,600 for 10-15 people, and RMB 5,400 for 10-20 people. They include access to the indoor track, free use of the VIP Room (which usually costs RMB 180 per hour), and varying amounts of food. Guests are allowed to bring their own cake.

With a maximum of seven karts allowed on the track at one time, the center recommends capping the number of guests at 20.

Taiyanggong Park is a good choice for some family sun worshipping. Enjoy a long walk, rent a boat and go for a paddle, or stop for a (big kid) drink in the small beer garden. If the kids get tired of walking, small, colorful electric cars will come to the rescue (RMB 20/half-hour, RMB 40/hour to rent). Park entrance is free.

For the beer drinker. Very good, though not exceptional chicken – come here for the extensive beer selection, including Guinness on draft, and pounding Korean Top 40 beats.

Kirin Place, the plaza center located directly across from Wangjing Soho, is ground zero for some of Wangjing's best fried chicken. Its basement is also home to one of the area's few live music venues.

Beijing New World Liying Department Store is adjacent to the airport highway and JingshunRoad, and well connects to Forth Wing Road, Jingcheng Express Road and Fifth Ring Road, enjoying a convenient transportation network. Situated at the junction of the major economic zones in Beijing, the store is the nearest integrated department store with only 15-minute drive from Beijing International Airport.
