Ludovico Maria Enrico Einaudi OMRI is an Italian pianist and composer. He trained at the Conservatorio Verdi in Milan and under composer Luciano Berio in the early 1980s. Einaudi began his career as a classical composer, and began incorporating other styles and genres—including pop, rock, world music, and folk music.

The Pavel Haas Quartet

The Pavel Haas Quartet has been called "the world's most exciting string quartet" (Gramophone). Since winning the Paolo Borciani competition in Italy in spring 2005, they have established themselves as one of the world's foremost chamber ensembles, performing at the world's most prestigious concert halls and recording six award-winning CDs. Based in Prague, the quartet studied with Milan Skampa, the legendary violist of the Smetana Quartet, and still enjoy a close relationship with him.

Alt-J will headline this year's Strawberry. Modern Sky's three-day outdoor music festival finally returns to Beijing. Tickets are on sale now and are priced at RMB 320 for a single-day pass and RMB 580 for a VIP single-day pass.
