We are FLTRP Children's Graded Reading Center—a warm, creative, and professional English community dedicated to bringing joy and confidence to young learners. We offer immersive English learning environments through graded reading, storytelling, drama, and outdoor activities, where children learn to think, express, and shine.
We're now looking for passionate, energetic, and child-loving educators to join us!

We're Hiring
1. Foreign Children's Reading Instructor
2. English Drama & Performance Instructor
Job Requirements
Native English speaker (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, NZ preferred)
Bachelor's degree or above
Major in English, Education, Linguistics, Drama, Performing Arts, Child Psychology, or related fields is a plus
Hold valid teaching certification: TEFL / TESOL / CELTA
At least 1 year of experience working with children (English teaching, reading, drama, or early childhood education)
Patient, enthusiastic, responsible, and great at building positive connections with kids
Candidates with a valid Chinese work visa are highly preferred
Be able to provide a health certificate

3. Foreign Education Assistant
Job Requirements
Native English speaker (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, NZ preferred)
Bachelor's degree or above (current university student or recent graduate)
Major in Chinese, Education, Linguistics, Drama, Performing Arts, Child Psychology, or related fields is a plus
Patient, responsible, easy-going, and genuinely enjoys working with children
Good communication and teamwork skills
Hold valid legal documents for internship/study in China
Be able to provide a health certificate
