Prices: RMB 10/hour/person (maximum RMB 40). They have a couple of tables for gameplay, but their main business is selling games. Empire Penguin carries the real games from Swan Panasia (i.e. the official distributors for the Chinese market) and are willing to do special orders. Lots of professional players hang out here.
