Feitian Dasha 飞天大厦

Feitian Dasha, set up by the Gansu Provincial Government, serves up a halal, mutton- and wheat-heavy cuisine similar to that of Ningxia. The staff are enthusiastic about their specialties, which include niurou lamian (牛肉拉面, noodles in beef broth) – almost as good here as if you were slurping them down at a Lanzhou street stall.
