Located in the same building as the Slow Boat Brewpub, Las Musas is a completely new concept from the team behind the capital's microbrewery highlighting the bold and varied range of flavors they love in Mexican cuisine. While tacos, margaritas, and an impressive selection of mezcal hog the spotlight, expect to be surprised by the thoughtful offerings found within. The space has a beautiful open kitchen featuring a fully operational indoor charcoal oven along with booth, table and bar seating for up to 55 guests.
From the kitchen, expect fresh ingredients, handmade tortillas, freshly made salsas, fermented hot sauces, along with mouth-watering slow roasted and grilled meats. Behind the bar, they've prepared a wild and colorful range of tequila and mezcal based concoctions. On the brewing side they've got some fresh brews coming from the tanks upstairs made specially to pair with this new assortment of flavors.
