Invoking sophistication and class through the time-honored tradition of stealing from the French, Le Quai (pronounced “le kay” for you non-French speakers) is housed in a grand 250-year-old wooden house, relocated, beams and all, from Jiangsu Province. The menu offers some is "New School" Chinese (Xin Pai Zhong Can), with an emphasis on Anhui and Sichuan dishes, and the wine cellar houses both Chinese and imported wines. The restaurant is spread out over two floors, with the second floor consisting of private rooms and well-cushioned chairs, and an attached bar and art gallery.
