RAFFLES-BICT International College offers diploma programs in Fashion Design, Graphics Design, Interactive Media, Product Design, Interior Design and Business Administration. The three-year full-time courses (taught in English) are open to all comers. Tuition between RMB 13,000 (Business Administration) and RMB 20,000 (Fashion Design). Scholarships available.
