This hip little hibachi (Japanese grill) recently relocated from its original Nanluoguxiang digs and offers free beef tongue slices if you put forth some tongue of your own. That’s right. If you kiss for ten seconds, Taiwanese owner David Hsu will take your picture and dish up some free food. A bar serving cocktails rounds out the offerings.
