Small Steps offers Mental Health Counseling services in which the counselor takes a holistic approach, looking at a person’s inner emotional, spiritual, physical and behavioral health. The counselor’s work is primarily informed by a developmental view that is optimistic about human potential and where she partners with her client’s journey of change; to heal and grow and accomplish personal goals.
