This restaurant serving Cantonese dishes and other Chinese regional cuisines boasts sweeping city views and elegant decor but it’s Chef Kam’s delectable dim sum – masterpieces of texture and taste – that lingers longest in our memories. Items include braised sliced pork in oyster sauce, poached mandarin fish, asparagus topped with white fungus and more. Other specialties include “Monk Jump Over the Wall,” Princess Fried Rice, Sweetened Rice Pearl with Mango and dishes with sea cucumber, abalone and lobster. A few Sichuan dishes are on the menu as well and Hong Kong style dim sum (featuring steamed red rice flour rolls stuffed with shrimps and chives and home-made Beijing-style deep-fried bread sticks)is served at lunch and private rooms are available.
