Lei Jun is a renowned technology entrepreneur and angel investor in China. Mr. Lei founded Xiaomi Corporation in 2010, where he is Chairman and CEO. He is also Chairman and co-founder of Kingsoft Corporation, which he successfully brought public in 2007. Mr. Lei founded Shunwei Ventures in 2011 and is currently its Founding Partner and Chairman.

Mr Lei's "Philosophy of the Internet" can be summed up as follows - Focus, Strive for Perfection, Loyalty, Speed.
