Paul Walsh, the executive chef at the Michelin starred City Social restaurant in London, England, takes over the kitchen at Brasserie 1893 Friday and Saturday night. The chef will prepare a special five-course dinner, with courses like Irish Oysters, Squid Ink Risotto and Charcoal-Baked Yellowfin Tuna.
