The Donald Harrison Quartet is sax player Donald Harrison, Zaccai Curtis on the piano and keyboard, Max Moran on bass and Darryl Staves on drums. Harrison combines jazz music with traditional New Orleans African music to create his own sound, called ‘Nouveau Swing.’ He’s performed with outstanding musicians from all genres, including Art Blakey, Roy Haynes, the Notorious B.I.G. and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
