Liron Man

Liron Man is a composer, handpan and flamenco guitar player with an affinity to world music. He studied flamenco guitar with masters such as Antonio Rey, Juan Diego Mateos among others, and is a self taught young handpan master. Liron was born in Israel, has lived in Spain, Canada, and now China; he has performed in nearly 30 countries and collaborated with artists such as Sandy Lam (林憶蓮), Jorge Pardo and more. Diversity in cultures and traditions continues to inspire him and his unique melodic style of music. Liron has been recognized for his skills in performing at high speed and gained his nickname “Ghost Hands”.

Professional Experience

Born in Mariara in the Venezuelan state of Carabobo, I have been a musician since I was a little. My area of expertise is the percussion and I am also a professional DJ.

At the age of 14, I started taking classes with the professor Orlando Poleo working to improve my instruments’ technique.

I have been part of renowned national and regional orchestras, such as “Ildemaro y su Orquesta”, “Erick Franchesky y su Orquesta”, “Dimensión de Siempre”, “Grupo Mezcla”, “Grupo Kaffe”, “Grupo Mangüe”, “Grupo Alteración”, “Grupo Fascinación” amongst many others. I have also shared the stage with world class musicians such as Óscar de León, Michael Font and Sergio Gallardo.

In the year 2003 I moved to China where I have been working both as a percussionist and a DJ in the club “Latinos”, “Buffalo”, “Salsa Caribe” and “Eudora Station”. I have been part of the bands “Makore”, “Grupo Swing” and “SaVor Latino”.

Currently I am an exclusive musician for Tonydrums LP, forming part of the Latin Music Conference in Xiangxi, Hunan Province.

Recently I participated in My Band SaVor Latino Con V De Venezuela in the BEIJING CHAOYANG INTERNATIONAL SPRING CARNIVAL 2016…..

In October 2003, he had the opportunity to come to china to sing with the latin band "MAKORE" in a latin bar called "LATINOS". Until 2005 when another Latin club "SALSA CARIBE" decided to bring him on board as the lead singer. Since then until now he started as a singer and playing small percussion in the band, making crowds old and young dance and have fun, not just Chinese people, but all differents nationalities in and out of China. As a soloist, he participated in different events around China, the new year 2016 event in the Forbidden City, also at the great wall for the next Winter Olympic Games 2022.
