Yingying is the founder of Yingfluence, Inc. a Silicon Valley-based startup which empowers professionals to connect and lead their brands cross-culturally. Clients include Forbes billionaires and executives from Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Cisco etc, She is also COO of Skiveit, an AI chip company which makes robots that can feel. Yingying has over a decade of experience as a cross-cultural management consultant in countries like the U.S., China, Brazil, India, and Turkey. She is a Certified Communication Coach at a U.S. leadership development company- Own The Room, a trilingual correspondent of Caixin Media, and a mentor at Founders Space.
