To celebrate the World Marselan Day, Hulu by TRB is spotlighting Chinese wines for the Wednesday Wine Day series. The four (4) wines will be from different regions in China - Chateau Sungod (sparkling), Kanaan Winery (riesling), Tasya's Reserve (marselan), Sheng Ying Jia (niang wine).

As always, the modern European cuisine will be served sharing style: foie gras on toast, iberico ham croquettes, gravlax, cucumber salmon, steak tartare, prawn arugula salad, pork neck, squid ink risotto, chorizo pasta, portato short ribs, mini truffle burger, fries, mango cake, peanut cake.

Available on April 24th and May 1st for lunch & dinner. Reservations required (minimum of 2 guests). RMB 298 per person (additional RMB 100 for free flow).
