For her next night at Aurora, Aida invites PENG label’s up-and-coming DJ Sunk and Get Connected label boss Juliana Lima, to bring you their best selection of music dusk till dawn.

SUNK

Sunk is a DJ and producer based in Beijing. Influenced by Post Rock, her style of music goes from House to Tech House, Minimal and Techno. She is active in Beijing underground venues such as Lantern, Aurora, InfraRouge, Migas, Container Top Lounge. Sunk played side to side with international artists like John Acquaviva, Shir Khan, youANDme, AGENT!, and Pezzner, and performed on Autumn Halloween Wonderland, Great Wall Wonderland and Summer Wonderland Festival.

At present, her electronic album “侠" is being planned, and will meet you in 2019.

AIDA

Since starting her career in 2010, Russian-born and Beijing-based Aida Minibaeva performed in many nightlife hot spots and festivals around Asia, including Lantern, Dada and Aurora (Beijing), The Mansion, Celia and Arkham (Shanghai), Zu Club (Ulaanbaatar), just to mention a few; collaborated with such brands as Max Mara, ZARA, Armani and more.

Aida’s music revolves around energetic and groovy techno of strong beats and obscure melodies, blended with preciseness and intelligence.

In 2018 Aida made her debut at Amsterdam Dance Event performing for Black Kat & Toxic showcase.

As of December 2017, Aida is a co-founder and creative director of techNOrules – one of Beijing’s leading electronic music labels focusing on female artists and new talents.

JULIANA LIMA

After leaving Brazil at the age of 18 to travel the world and finally settling down in China, Lima made it official on the scene as a DJ in 2010. After a number of years working her way up to the best clubs and festivals in Beijing and Shanghai, always on the hunt for new sounds and inspirations, Lima created the Get Connected concept. Over time, the concept developed into a music studio - Get Connected Studios, based in Beijing, created by Lima and her husband Hristo H.

In 2017, Get Connected expanded even more, adding Get Connected Brazil to showcase the vibrancy of Brazilian electronic sounds in China, bringing Brazilian djs to tour in Asia.
