Oh yes, it’s about that time of year when Beijing’s sweet, sticky summer has truly descended upon us. While you work on unsticking your butt from that plastic chair, we’ll share the good news: beginning on May 22nd Mosto is debuting brand new dishes to keep you cool (ish) all summer long!


Refresh with the Ceviche Cartagenero, served in an icy-cold half-coconut with shrimp, tomato, peppers, red onion and leche de Tigre. The Scallops Tiradito with lime, spicy salsa and green pea coulis topped with crispy capers is a perfect summertime small plate. Indulge with the Josper Roasted Octopus, with grilled peach, green olive, rococo pepper sauce and a smoked olive oil.


Crisp and creamy the Green Apple & Brie Salad provides a fresh reprieve for the heavy Beijing heat. Plus the newest pasta on the menu is “veganisable” the Porcini & Truffle Fusilli has black truffle, sun-dried tomato and olive oil, opt against the pecorino Romano to make this dish fully plant based!


And, we’ve welcomed our newest “Signature Dish” a Josper Roasted Cod with crispy patacones, avocado mousse, Arequipa salad and cilantro mojo to please those with pescatarian taste buds! These new dishes and more await at now at Mosto! Including new desserts, more shared plates and a new reduced regular price on oysters.
