NJB has been working and studying with top names in many genres, in the UK, Europe and Asia since 2001. From jazz stars - like Sheila Jordan, JZ Festival 2017 star Tina May, Michael Garrick, Jean Toussaint, BBC Jazz album award winners Brian Kellock and John Rae - to electronica and dance projects - with musicians from Hed Kandi, Fenetik, Producer DJs such as UK’s The Sidewinder and China’s Soulspeak, Blue Note Records (Trip series). She has also entered the computer games genre appearing on Rockstar’s world famous phenomenon, Grand Theft Auto series. NJB wows the crowds all over China and Asia. A phenomenal performer, this creative and talented singer has a huge repertoire that spans jazz, pop, hip-hop, dance, rock, electronica, metal and funk all of which contribute to making her voice something totally fresh. With her high energy, incredible individual style and her fabulous vocals, NJB takes the stage and captivates her audience. Fresh from a hit opening show at The Shanghai Film Festival, NJB is performing and writing original music for a 14-piece London-based collective and the upcoming, globally diverse, hip-hop rock fusion band Jay Crew (who work with top names in music like Chris Lee 李宇春, T.I.A 袁婭維, Khalil Fong方大同) she also tours various national and international festivals and events in China & Asia.
