For the first time in history, Date Night China and Jing & Tonic are combining forces to bring you…

You may be familiar with Date Night China and the variety of events we put on for you lovely lovers out there… but if you do not know, Jing & Tonic are no strangers to variety with their wonderfully raunchy, silly, fun and unique cabaret shows! 

Jing & Tonic is a monthly variety show that has been delighting Beijing audiences for nearly a year and each show is different! Bobbi Benet, the founder of Jing & Tonic had this to say about why she started Jing & Tonic: 

"Jing & Tonic was started to create a more diverse platform for talent in Beijing. Anything goes on our stage and we like to think that promotes and supports all the weird and wonderful acts that might otherwise go unseen."

The Birth of Date Night & Tonic

Date Night China was first featured as a special guest for Jing & Tonic back in September 2020, where you may remember we played “Blind Date”, a show where a blindfolded contestants gets to choose from 3 potential people to go on a date. 

The show was a huge success and we were eager to do something bigger and better, and so… Date Night & Tonic was born! 

What should you expect from this Date Night & Tonic Game Show Special?

We have re-created four classic Western game shows for your entertainment!

1. 
   

   “Blind Date," a popular 90’s dating TV show in the UK. 

   
   


2. 
   

   The "Newlywed Game" (or Mr. and Mrs. in the UK), a game where couples test their intimate knowledge of each other.

   
   


3. 
   

   "Stars in Their Eyes," a hit UK karaoke TV show where contestants imitated their favorite singers.

   
   


4. 
   

   Solve sexy anagrams with our "Countdown" game show recreation and win some prizes!

   
   

We’ll have audience participation, games, live music and lots of laughter and merriment! 

The doors open at 8:30pm at the luxurious Xian Bar at East Hotel, Beijing. The show will officially start at 9pm so make sure you get there early to get a good seat and a drink in hand!
