the Unbounded Chamber Orchestra was founded in Beijing in 2014. It’s members are some the scenes most accomplished and influential performers. The orchestra is committed to exploring the perfect integration of elegant style and public aesthetic interest, developing Chinese folk music into an international music language while conveying profound cultural heritage, continuously promoting the two-way development of academic research, and promoting the realisation of a new kind of innovative creation.

since its establishment, the orchestra has participated in numerous music and cultural exchange activities, including at the National Grand Theatre, Beijing Concert Hall, Zhongshan concert hall, Guotu Art Centre, Opera Hall of Central Conservatory of Music, Colourful Theatre, Fish Theatre, Jinfan concert hall, Peking University, Beijing Normal University, Capital Normal University, Second Foreign Languages University, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing University of Telecommunications, Beijing University of Science, China University of Political science and Law, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, and major theatres and concert halls across the country, holding a series of special concerts and lectures. They also carried out special concerts and lectures in Beijing universities, primary and secondary schools as well as major communities.

the orchestra has successively launched "Boundless I: Playing Folk Music", "Boundless II: Wanxiang Yisheng", "Boundless III: Singing Year After Year", "Boundless IV: Classic Eternity", "Chivalrous Tenderness: Martial Arts Special Performance", "Light and Shadow: Chinese and Foreign Film and Television Classics", "Wuyin Xiajun: Dragon Boat Festival Concert", "When Will the Moon be in Sight? Mid Autumn Festival Concert", "Huahaoyueyuan: New Year’s Concert”.

the concerts cover such themes as "indulging in the spring breeze and returning to nature" and "life", as well as salons such as "Yuefu Artists" and "Talk Show Folk Music”, all of which have received critical acclaim from the industry and the public.
