Join Spittoon Book Club on May 2 to discuss Franz Kafka’s The Trial. The story of Josef K, who wakes up on his thirtieth birthday to find himself arrested for no reason that anyone can tell him, this book is still just as fresh (and often hilarious) as it was when published 99 years ago this month. After all, who among us has not been a 30-something struggling with an inscrutable, unstoppable bureaucratic machine?
