SHAOLIN KUNGFU SHIFU XINGXI
SHIFU XINGXI is a 32nd gneration disciple of the CAO DONG Branches of Zen Buddhism, and 20th generation disciple of Yonghuatang Chan Wu Yi Branches of Shaolin Temple. He is the leading Martial Arts Master at Kung FU Plus Club.
SHIFU XINGXI has been practicing Shaolin (Wugulun Lineage) Kungfu for over 30 years. He studied under Honorable Master SHI DE JIAN at San Huang Zhai monastery since the age of 16. After 10 years of training, Xingxi mastered the three major disciplines of the traditional Chan Wu Yi system. These are Buddhism(Chan), Kungfu(Wushu) and Shaolin Zen Medicine(Yi).
He is expert in core forms of Shaolin Kungfu, such as Da/Xiao Hongquan, 18 movements of Arhat, Da/Xiao Tongbiquan, and weaponry such as spears, swords, as well as traditional combat strategies, and internal health preservation techniques.
