The southern coastlines of France and Italy are about to meet in perfect harmony. From 28th August to 31st August, RÔTI by FLO presents a Amalfi Blue Coastal Masters Meet.   

This wine dinner features a culinary collaboration between Italian Chef Andrea and FLO’s Executive Sous Chef Kim from Malaysia, presenting a gastronomic celebration of Amalfi flavors with their exceptional skills. Chef Andrea masterfully blends authentic Amalfi tastes with the essence of traditional Italian flavor, with each dish showcasing his exquisite craftsmanship. Meanwhile,  FLO’s Executive Sous Chef Kim from Malaysia - hailed as the Amalfi of Southeast Asia, reinvents classics with his unique Southern French perspective.  

The dinner will be hosted at RÔTI by FLO, where the elegant ambiance transports guests to the azure dreamscape of the Amalfi Coast.
